The coupon holder has to get himself/herself registered in the scheme for the holiday package for a family or four i.e. 2 adults & 2 children bellow 8 years without an extra bed. If wish to take an extra bed, customer have to pay the charges for the same directly at the hotel/resort as per charge mentioned in the tariff card of the hotel.
Booking request should be sent to “Real Holidays” by courier the same at office address mentioned in the coupon with the Bank Deposition Slip of given amount indicated on booking request form per Coupon as booking charges.
Only accommodation is provided in the holiday package for the no. of nights mentioned. Extra bed charges, Food & Beverages charges and any extra facility available by the customer are to be paid at the hotel/resort directly.
The customer has to send the booking request at least 20 days in advance to “Real Holidays” online. Request by e-mail/fax/phone will not be entertained. Confirmation if the said booking will be intimated to the customer before 7 days of the Check-in date. Accommodation will be subject to availability of rooms at the request hotel/resort.
The coupon is valid during the off season only. i.e. except Diwali, Christmas, Summer Vacations and all Govt. holidays. It is valid from April to September for Goa, Jaipur, Udaipur, Kovalam, Thekkady, Amritsar and Madurai.
The coupon is non-cashable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
Once Real Holidays has confirmed the holiday request, any changes there will not be entered.
A confirmation vouched will have the contact details of the hotel/resort mentioned in it.
The offer does not include any other services or facilities not mentioned herein.
Real Holidays reserves the rights to changes the hotels/resorts under special circumstances without any prior notice.
This offer is not valid for group bookings.
